這個情況是遇到存擋毀損,返校遊戲中在章節之間有做進度備份,請使用主選單的章節功能從該章節重新開始,雖然會遺失一小部分進度,但該章節前的進度有自動保留。造成不便還請見諒。
Q5  請問如何將購買紀錄同步到同帳號的另一支手機
《 恢復完整版 》
1.請確認在新的手機上只有登入購買本遊戲的google賬號
2.下載返校手機版後,進入遊戲。
3.在標題頁中,沒有購買完整版按鈕,即為完整版。
4.若仍有購買完整版之按鈕,請按下該按鈕,系統會重新檢查購買記錄,並將游戲恢復為完整版。(若出現付款訊息,請立刻退出)
《 錯誤排除 》
若您在步騶 4 中出現付款訊息,請依照以下方式操作後,再重複一次《恢復完整版》步騶 3、4。
1.檢查目前手機上的google賬戶是否為之前購買遊戲的賬戶。
2.檢查手機上是否有其他賬戶,如果有請暫時移除。
3.將返校遊戲刪除。

關於畫面周圍黑邊的問題,因為返校遊戲原始的電腦版本中畫面都是針對16:9的比例去設計的,直接改變比例會影響到視覺構圖跟遊戲中的提示引導,不得已下我們才選擇使用黑邊去做處理。如造成困擾還請見諒。

Although this action will result in the loss of part of your playing progress, the progress before the selected chapter shall all be automatically saved in the system. (When each chapter is completed, the game automatically saves your progress.) We apologize for the playing inconvenience.
Q5  How to sync the game to another device with the same account
The issue of unsynchronized account purchase appears in certain devices. If you would like to play the game with two different devices under the same account, please contact us at

At the moment, we notice that certain devices have game crashing and black screen issues. Q11  Holding breath does not work for the Lantern Spector
Please refer to the note about the Lantern Spector. In order to avoid him, holding breath is not the only condition.
Q12  All answers selected correctly in the final chapter but unable to initiate the different ending
To enter the different ending, besides answering all the dialogues correctly in the Chapter 4, another determining condition is to collect all of the notes in this chapter.

Q13  Unable to enter full screen mode. Black bars appears at the sides.
Regarding the black bars issue, that is the result of Detention PC version’s original ratio being 16:9. As changing the ratio will affect both the composition as well as the visual hints in the game, we have no choice but to keep the original ratio. We apologize for the playing inconvenience.
Q14   Already purchase the full version but the game is not unlocked

Q2  遊戲打不開或遊玩中不明原因當機

這是目前在新版Mac上才會產生的bug,目前有個臨時措施可以修復,就是暫時將遊戲設定成視窗模式畫面就會恢復正常造成不便十分抱歉,我們會盡快修復這個Bug。

請確認電腦規格是否有符合最低硬體需求,如果符合,可以試著更新顯示卡驅動程式,或者將解析度調整至1920x1080以下!有可能是顯示卡記憶體不足。

The following is the information about the rules of Player Creation, function as a basic guideline stating the can and cannot do with our softwares. Please kindly take note that if your Player Creation does not go by the following rules, or if we find it utilizes Red Candle Games’ intellectual property inappropriately, we remain the right to terminate your work’s distribution.
What Is Player Creation?
The original content that the player create with the use, reference and inspiration from Red Candle Games’ product, game title, brand, character, etc. Player Creation includes but not limited to fan-art, fan-sites, wikis, tools, apps (desktop and mobile), game mods, crafts, toys or video content.
Rules of Player Creation
< Rule No.1 > Clearly state that it is your own creation, meaning it does not relate to the official content nor official partnership.
< Rule No.2 > Keep an open-minded, welcoming and respectful attitude. In short, don’t be a troublemaker.
< Rule No.3 > Follow each game’s Term of Service and Red Candle Games trademarks’ Terms of Use.
What You Can Do with Player Creation
< Personal Use >
If the creation is just for yourself, which is perfectly fine. Just remember to follow "Rules of Player Creation".
< Public Use >
We know there are times you want to publicly share your awesome Player Creation to others. You may do so as long as you follow "Rules of Player Creation".
< Commercial Use >
It is not allowed to generate revenue or receive any physical, non-physical reward through Player Creation, except for the specific situations listed below:
Handmade Produce
If you hand-made (by you personally, not in a production line nor outsourcing) produce a small amount of Player Creations, you may sale them as long as you follow "Rules of Player Creation".

Youtube Video Streaming Monetization

Q1  Switch the language setting
The default language setting of Detention is the same as Steam. If you want to switch the language, please shut down the game first. Then, go to “Steam Library” -> Right click “Detention” -> Click “Properties” -> Choose “Language”
Q2  Unable to open the game / Crush during the gameplay
There are many possible reasons causing this, here is the standard debug flow.
1.Update graphic card driver, make sure it runs during the gameplay
2.Update Windows
3.Repair DirectX
4.Check if the anti-virus software block the game
5.Restart your computer
Q3  The game’s screen looks blurry on Mac
This is the bug that only appears on Mac’s latest version. We apologize for the inconvenience. The temporary debug procedure is to set the screen to window mode, it should run normally then.
Q4  The game’s windows doesn’t fit my computer
Please check if your computer fits the minimum system requirement. If it does, try to update your graphic card driver’s system, or adjust the resolution to 1920x1080 or below.
Q5  Unable to find the OST
Go to “Steam Preference” -> Click “Music” -> Click “Scan Steam folders for soundtracks” -> Click “Scan Now” -> Check the “Steam Music” folder
Q6  How to sync the log file among different devices
The log file can only sync with the same system (e.g. Windows to Windows, Mac to Mac). Right click the game and choose “Properties,” enable the “Steam Cloud’’ on “Update” page.
Q7  Unable to save the game progress on PS4
We are sorry to say that it is a bug that causes corruption in game’s save file. A patch will be uploaded soon. For now, here is a temporary solution. Change your PS4 language setting to English(US), and the saving files should be loaded properly then.
